He hands two bags probably weighing 15 pounds each… 30 pounds so need 111 pounds more so 7.4 more bags! 900,000 HS is 100x the base pay for a legionnaire. Soldiers do get “donatives” of about two months pay (15% bonus … bonus in Latin means “good” like a good job done.). Great tv show but coins too. Big and not heavy enough and leather amour on soldiers !!! And rings in helmets.

In new Peacock tv series called “those about to die” in July 2024… and old Anthony Hopkins plays Vespariaus well. Not many lines but he stood up to die and became a God! My only negative is the gold coins are 4x too big… thick USA quarter size but should be size of two dimes. When they had a guy 900,000 sestertii (225,000 denarii at 3 grams silver each
